Blichmann Special Order Policy

Blichmann products that are not regularly stocked by BrewHQ must be special ordered.

Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed. Orders are placed through the regular checkout process on BrewHQ.
  • All Blichmann product listings on BrewHQ fall under the BrewHQ shipping policy.
  • To receive pricing and shipping quote on Pro Blichmann and other advanced brewing items, please contact consulting@mybrewhq.ca.

Delivery

  • All Blichmann special orders received by BrewHQ for the previous month will be placed the first day of the following month.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If your product is delayed, we will send you a notification. 
  • Should your order be over $1500, we will place the order immediately. In this case, delivery should be only 2-3 weeks.
  • If you require your items outside our regular order cycle, and your order is below the $1500 threshold, please contact consulting@mybrewhq.ca for shipping costs and approximate delivery dates. 

Returns/Refunds

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on special order Blichmann items.
  • If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to work with you and the manufacturer to rectify the situation.
