Belgian Dubbel traces its history back to the middle ages when much of the brewing was done by monks. There are still monasteries brewing Dubbel today. It is amber with a generous amount of carbonation. It has a subdued hop aroma with a distinct malty, fruitiness in the nose. Age well. Sip slowly.

La Belge Dubbel retrace son histoire jusqu'au Moyen Age, époque à laquelle une grande partie du brassage était réalisée par des moines. Il y a encore des monastères brassant Dubbel aujourd'hui. Elle est ambré avec une quantité généreuse de gazéification. Arôme d'houblon discret.
