    In stock items will ship within 1-4 business days. May take longer during peak times or sales. 

    If there is a delay in your shipment, we will contact you promptly with an estimated shipment date.

    Shipping times depend on your geographical location in Canada.

    All shipments will be sent via expedited service through Canada Post or UPS.

    Shipment Notifications

    BrewHQ will send you a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your items are on their way.

    Free Shipping

    All orders over $100 (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping.

    Exceptions:

    • Northern Provinces, remote areas and Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout. 
    • Keg Master Series X Kegerators do not qualify for free shipping. 
      $100 FLAT RATE SHIPPING TO ALL CANADIAN PROVINCES!
    • Ss Brewtech products do not qualify for free shipping. 
    • Because of their cost/weight ratio, large amounts of grain may not qualify for free shipping. We will contact you regarding shipping charges before they are applied. 
    • If the cost to ship your order is more than 50% of your order total, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you regarding extra shipping charges before they are applied. 

    Out of Stock & Backordered Items

    We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock or on backorder.

    Special Order Items

    Some items on our website are special order. If your order contains one of these items we will process your order and update you with an approximate shipping timeframe.
