Sensory: Predominantly citrus but with undertones like lemongrass and pine needles often evident. The citrus character can be reminiscent of Cascade ( grapefruit), the variety it’s most often compared to.

Polyvalente avec des notes d'agrumes, Centennial est presque synonyme de bière artisanale américaine. À prédominance d'agrumes mais avec des nuances comme la citronnelle et les aiguilles de pin souvent évidentes.
